Design and build installation of mechanical and electrical services for a new energy centre at the Bio Park for the University of Hertfordshire.  This includes containerised steam raising plant/boiler room, containerised chilled water pump room, containerised LV switch room, chillers, procurement of statutory supplies, compressed air, provision of a new MV ring, transformers and switchgear and all associated builders work.  The project has been won on a 2 stage negotiated process.
