| The new Finchley Memorial Hospital building will provide approximately 10,000m² of examination rooms, consultation rooms, en-suite bedrooms and admin restriction areas. The building comprises a lower ground floor and three storeys of accommodation with the M&E plant located at both lower ground floor and roof level. A separate remote energy centre houses the generator, main LV panel, medical gases storage, etc. A CHP unit and photovoltaic cells are to be utilised as the principal means of generating renewable energy to comply with statutory requirements. |
