| Mechanical and Electrical services of refurbishment of seven floors of the Copland Building which mechanical comprised extract and supply ductwork alterations, new VRV installation, upgrading of existing plant and vertical risers, BMS modifications, mechanical ventilation, domestic services and above ground drainage in the toilet and kitchen areas on each floor. Also creation of the Lecture Theatre which included mechanical ventilation, chilled water, heating and BMS Controls. Electrical included small power and containment, reconfigure of existing lighting and new and supplemental lighting, upgrade fire alarm, access control, CCTV and structured cabling. |
