Briggs & Forrester has reached completion of a £5.7m services installation for British Land, One Osnaburgh Street project at Regents Place designed by Terry Farrell & Partners, offering high quality residential apartments ranging from studios to four bedroom apartments.

Working with Construction Manager Bovis Lend Lease, Briggs & Forrester installed mechanical and electrical services into this innovative residential development. Services included LTHW, CHW & Domestic pipework, fire fighting shafts in the risers and car park ventilation, small power distribution, lighting, access control and CHP were installed, assisting this development to achieve an ECO homes rating of Very Good.
