Briggs & Forrester Engineering Services Ltd has recently been awarded five contracts worth a total of £9.25 million for the installation of mechanical, electrical and public health services.
The projects are as follows:
A £3.0 million Office development to be constructed above the new Westfield Shopping centre in Stratford. Work on site will start in October 2010 and will be completed by early 2011.
Maplefields School, Corby is a £3.0 million project working with Main Contractor Graham Construction. The project comprises a primary school, a secondary school and a post-16 and diploma centre providing vocational and sports facilities. Completion is scheduled for the summer of 2011.
Kefford House, Cambridge is a £0.75 million project secured with SDC Builders Ltd which will provide a new IVF clinic for Addenbrookes Hospital.
Building 8, Chiswick Park is a £1.0 million project working with Bovis Lend Lease to provide shell & core mechanical and electrical services for tenant QVC.
New Court Fit Out is a £1.5 million project, also secured with Bovis Lend Lease, carrying on from a recently complete Shell and Core contract. The building provides a new corporate Head Quarters for bankers N.M. Rothschild & Sons.
