Combined Energy Solutions Ltd achieves certification
07 November 2011 Combined Energy Solutions Ltd (CES), the Maintenance & Facilities Management division of Briggs & Forrester Group, recently achieved certification to the Health & Safety Management System OHSAS 18001:2007, through the British Standards Institution (BSi).
“The Senior Management team are delighted to have gained OHSAS 18001 accreditation. Our employees are the key to CESs success and their health, safety & well-being have always been a priority to us. This certification recognises that we have implemented and developed a good system since our inception in 2002” said Julian Chantrey, CES’s Standards Manager
The accreditation was achieved over a period of 9 months, following a number of comprehensive audits and assessments by BSi. Julian is particularly pleased BSi recognised the maturity of CES’s systems and procedures.
CES has been proactive in developing a compliant and practical system which suits the business needs. OHSAS 18001 supplements the previously attained Quality 9001 and Environmental 14001 certifications, all of which demonstrate the Companies commitment to being an industry leader.
